The pose looks pretty good I think, but perhaps not sooo strong an angle? Like show his legs and feet just slightly below or above him.

Also, I knhow you were trying to shade his arms, but the way you did it makes them look dirty. And also, the shading of his skin shouldn't come out the same color as his hair ^^

The uniform coloring looks great!

But also, the way his hands are 'clenched' makes it look like he's gripping handle bars rather than just making fists.

Looks pretty good--you might want to tinker around with the fonts a bit, and also give yourself a little logo for the upper left corner (like comic books have).

This is great. You can color so much better than me, but i think that gray is little wrong color for that skin.. It makes him look dirty...
But this is my opinion and I feel that I am wrong person to advise about coloring :'DDDD
